Mother's Day

We’ve got lots of ways to make Mother’s Day Weekend special!

The Fran Cake
Named after our favorite Fran, Chef John’s mother, this is love and springtime in the form of a cake. A strawberry-lychee center filled with bourbon and Tahitian vanilla cream is surrounded by an almond & pistachio sponge cake. Topped with fresh strawberries and raspberries, this cake is the perfect mix of festive and fresh. Serves 6.
Quiche Lorraine
A classic for a reason! Caramelized onions, bacon, gruyere cheese in a delightful egg custard. Serves 10.
Vegetarian Quiche
Our egg custard filling combined with the rich flavors of zucchini, red peppers, onions, and roasted tomatoes. Serves 8.
Mediterranean Salad
We top a bed of mixed garden greens with tomato, cucumber, spring peas, herbs, and marinated feta. The salad is served with hummus on the side and house-made crackers. Serves 4-6
Champagne Brioche
Light and airy champagne Brioche with golden raisins and a toasted almond crust. Single serving
Flower Danish
Flower-shaped Danish with vanilla pastry cream, strawberry rhubarb compote, green apple, and streusel.
Raspberry Pistachio Babka
Our famous Babka loaf, with pistachio cream and fresh raspberries.

French Toast Kit
Everything you need in one kit to make our French Toast at home. Kit includes La Colombe ground coffee, so you’re totally covered.

Strawberry Tart
Sucre tart shell filled with vanilla pastry cream and topped generously with strawberries.
Stawberry Fraisier
This pretty-in-pink sponge cake sits on top of a reconstructed pistachio sablé Breton base, filled w/ strawberry jam, and topped w/ pistachio mascarpone cream. Decorated with fresh strawberries, pistachio, and basil.
Paris Brest
This choux pastry is filled with hazelnut cream and hazelnut praline and decorated with caramelized hazelnuts.
Ice Cream Cake
Pistachio ice cream, strawberry rhubarb sorbet, pistachio dacquoise, and strawberry coulis. 6-inch
Lemon Tart
Sucre tart shell filled with lemon cream and topped with a lime zest glaze.
Lucia Tart
A creamy 72% chocolate mousse, with a vanilla crème brúlée center on a crunchy hazelnut base.


Our Miche
A hearty old world bread made with the finest local grains from Lonesome Stone Milling out of Lone Rock, WI. A 2.5 pound loaf is made with a starter that is perpetuated using organic wheat flour, salt and water.
46 Baguette
A combination of rye and wheat flour give this naturally leavened bread a complex, earthy tone that lends itself beautifully to cheese or just on its own.
Rye and wheat flours are blended with a natural levain, sesame, flax, millet, oats, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds.
Olive Sourdough
A whole wheat levain with kalamata olives and thyme. A well-rounded flavorful sourdough.
Pain au Levain
A classic sourdough comprised of organic whole wheat flour, levain, salt and water.

Traditional Baguette

A classic baguette made with poolish.

To our Pastry Fans: In honor of you and our 11th anniversary at Patisserie 46 I wanted to take a moment to tell you how grateful I am for each of you. Together we have been through celebrations, grief, holidays, snow storms, births, graduations/proms, weddings and a pandemic (and now a lot of road construction). Your loyal support throughout the journey of the last 11 years has been nothing short of beautiful and humbling. The last year and a half has been a scary battle for all of us. Without your continued support cheering us on and adapting to each new challenge we faced we wouldn't be standing here without you. Your letters of appreciation for how we adapted our service to the emails and calls just to check on us to see if we needed anything throughout the pandemic filled us with purpose and pride that I don't feel I can fully put into words to say how much that means to us.

I am a humble baker that simply wants to make a bakery filled with beautiful baked goods for you to escape for a moment. From the bottom of my heart we thank you for joining us along the path.
